Students in underprivileged communities worldwide encounter challenges related to the availability, accessibility, and affordability of essential high-quality resources for their academic success. Consequently, some students resort to piracy or rely on second-hand materials. Moreover, limited access to digital libraries in educational institutions within these communities further hampers students' ability to access digital educational content and resources. The existing campus-based libraries are few in number, outdated, and lack the capacity to extend services beyond the campus premises. As a result, students face difficulties in pursuing academic exploration, leading to limited interactions with teachers and hindered academic achievements.
